1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING across the entire United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered to valid addresses within the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses).
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that you enter your complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Packages lost due to inaccurate address information
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take packaging and shipping seriously, but once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
If your order is:
Lost
Please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. You may also contact us at contact@clenra.store, and we will do our best to assist.
Stolen
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check:

If still missing, contact the carrier to file a claim.
Damaged
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:
